Recruiting is complex, and clubs and coaches don’t do an adequate job of stewarding players and families throughout the entirety of the process, or providing them the resources and knowledge they need to be successful.

Gradum has forged relationships with collegiate coaches across the country & built capacity to create videos and contact collegiate programs. Taking a proactive and player-focused approach to recruiting, we are able to place our players in institutions where they can be successful academically, athletically, and socially.

Via this approach, Gradum has placed players in the programs of West Virginia University, Virginia Commonwealth University, The College of William and Mary, the University of Arizona, and more.
